Part one: Lift your arms way up towards the sky and stretch out that upper body.
Part two: While briefing out, slowly bring your arms down to your feet.
Yoga is not about speed or going beyond your limits. Movements are done slowly but powerfully.
It's never about the destination but the journey...
You can do this move a few times tomorrow at work, at home or even during lunch time.
