Hope you are still enjoying your first beginners yoga session and do not think about giving up. Giving up is never an option in my book!!! Day 4 of my challenge may look easy but will give your core muscles a go. The video below will show you in detail how to do the side plank perfectly.
Remember ladies... Yoga is not like dance steps that you need to remember, there are thousands of poses that you can do. The only important thing to keep in mind, is to do it correctly and at your own pace.
Make sure to do this pose on each side and depending on your core strength and lower body you can lift one leg into the air or cross it over. (Picture 2)
