In this case, please watch the videos. I know you will feel silly when starting out, but the more you educate yourself and getting to know the positions, you will drop that feeling very quickly.

I do this routine in the mornings before getting ready for work. It's 10 min of your time but an impressive impact on your body and mind so try it out.
