Let's get the "new you" going and "getyourselfback"- yoga challenge!!
During the month of February I will post a yoga position each day.
During March you can do the full routine at least 3 times a week. April will be a follow up routine including additional positions.
Please share your pictures each day. It's really good to take pictures so you can keep track of your procress. Looking back at my first pictures, I can't believe how much I have accomplished so far.
The best feeling is when some positions is out of reach and then a week later you do it with ease.
